This Privacy Policy tells you how GENJI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses and discloses information we collect on our website http://www.genji.ai/ (“Site”) effective as of the date posted above. By using the Site and submitting information you agree that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Policy.
Information collected and how it is used.
We automatically collect information when you visit the Site including your device’s IP address, and statistics about how you use the Site.
We collect information that you submit when visiting the site including contact information if you sign up for notifications or contact us with an inquiry (ranging from email address, telephone number), or payment information if you make a purchase (all payments are processed through a third party but we receive and retain crypto wallet addresses used in making a purchase when logged in).

Notice to Nevada Residents
We do not transfer personal information for monetary consideration. If you would like to tell us not to sell your information in the future please email us at [email protected] with your name, postal address, telephone number and email address with “Nevada do not sell” in the subject line.
Notices to California Residents
California residents with an established business relationship with us are permitted by California law once a year to request information about the manner in which we shared certain categories of information with others for their marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. We may share your personal information with others for their marketing use unless you tell us not to. To opt-out please contact [email protected]. California Consumer Privacy Act Notice
At this time GENJI, INC. is not required to comply with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We will update this Privacy Policy when we qualify for coverage under the CPRA.
Notice to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah Residents
We are currently not subject to the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Personal Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, or the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. If we become subject to any of these laws in the future we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
